Knife was delivered swiftly, best bread knife I've ever used. Sharp with a good weight balance. Length is not too long or short for any size of bread. Slices like butter, very minimal crumbing thus making for easy clean up after. Wooden handle also looks artisan, blade is made well with branding and Made in Japan insignia beautifully stamped.
House of Knives continues to fuel my addiction to expand and/or replace items.....prices are good, assortment of items are good, packaging is excellent, and free freight incentive can be too good to pass up....
